Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving company sales to achieve targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer relationships, conducting sales training, and ensuring excellent customer service and communication. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends to identify new sales opportunities and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct and manage Training sessions for the sales team
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market data
• Experience in the manufacturing or compressor industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
