This is a full-time, on-ground role across key markets: Delhi NCR, Gujarat, Punjab, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka.As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:Driving sales of our B2B visa services in your assigned regionBuilding and activating a strong partner network of travel agents, OTAs, and tour operatorsAchieving monthly sales quotas through consistent pipeline building and account managementNurturing long-term relationships with partners by ensuring reliable delivery and trustCollaborating with operations to ensure smooth customer experience

Qualifications4–6 years of proven experience in travel, aviation, or related B2B salesStrong pre-built partner network in your region (agents/OTAs/tour operators)Quota-driven, self-starter, and hungry to prove yourselfExcellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsBachelor’s degree preferred
