Field Sales Manager

Sales Team Leadership & Management:

• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing field sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop individual growth plans for each team member.
• Lead by example, occasionally joining team members on field visits to provide hands-on coaching and support.
• Foster a positive, competitive, and collaborative team culture.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and penetrate new market segments.
• Set clear sales targets, quotas, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the team and ensure their consistent achievement.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Revenue Generation & Growth:

• Drive top-line revenue growth by managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and channel partners.
• Negotiate key contracts and close high-value deals.

Reporting & Administration:

• Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure all team members are accurately updating their activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
• Manage the departmental budget, including expenses, and ensure financial accountability.

Market Intelligence:

• Act as the eyes and ears of the company in the field, gathering critical market intelligence and providing valuable feedback to the marketing and product teams.
