Role Overview As a Growth Associate, you will be at the forefront of Zolo’s expansion in Bangalore, responsible for scouting properties and building strong relationships with property owners. This role offers hands-on experience in business development and is a stepping stone to leadership roles within Zolo. Key Responsibilities Identify and scout potential properties for Zolo. Build and maintain relationships with property owners to onboard new properties. Conduct meetings and present Zolo’s offerings to property owners. Manage leads effectively to support business growth. Travel locally for meetings and site visits (ownership of a motorbike preferred). Work closely with the team to meet growth targets. Skills & Traits 1- 2 years experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Channel Partnerships, preferably in Real Estate, Co-Living, Hospitality, FMCG, or Banking. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Engineering, or related fields; MBA is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work with MS Excel, MS Office, and PPT. Comfortable working in a target-driven and field-oriented role. Proactive, hands-on attitude with a hunger for growth and ownership. Why Join Us?
