Role Overview

As a Growth Associate, you will be at the forefront of Zolo’s expansion in Bangalore, responsible for scouting properties and building strong relationships with property owners. This role offers hands-on experience in business development and is a stepping stone to leadership roles within Zolo.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and scout potential properties for Zolo.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners to onboard new properties.
• Conduct meetings and present Zolo’s offerings to property owners.
• Manage leads effectively to support business growth.
• Travel locally for meetings and site visits (ownership of a motorbike preferred).
• Work closely with the team to meet growth targets.

Skills & Traits

• 1- 2 years experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Channel Partnerships, preferably in Real Estate, Co-Living, Hospitality, FMCG, or Banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Engineering, or related fields; MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with MS Excel, MS Office, and PPT.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and field-oriented role.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with a hunger for growth and ownership.
