Achieve the sales targets for the given district by acquiring and retaining channel partners.
? Acquire new distributors and retailers in the district to perform all services available on the Company's platform primarily Cash Deposit, Cash Withdrawal, Recharge, BBPS, Travel, CMS, Insurance etc.
? Engage with all retailers and distributors from time to time to ensure they are productive and happy with the services of Company.
? Supporting and eliminating the challenges faced by the channel partners in doing business.
? To be the voice of customer for company related to any new products/services or channel partner's needs and expectations to help company grow and penetrate in that district.
? To ensure 100% compliance to all policies and processes laid down by the Organization
