Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven B2B Field Sales Executive to join our team at Vision360. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, with hands-on experience in direct B2B client handling and field sales. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities by meeting and onboarding B2B clients. Visit potential customers to present company products and services. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and support. Report daily field activities and sales updates to the manager. Key Skills Required: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Good communication and presentation abilities. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tracking tools (preferred). Willingness to travel within Noida and nearby areas.
