Our flagship product, YOLO Works, is designed to streamline business operations across multiple industries We are looking for a Field Sales Manager with strong sales acumen and experience in selling ERP or software solutions

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and engage prospective customers through on-site visits, cold calling and networking

Present and demonstrate YOLO Works ERP for enterprises and explain its features and benefits

Understand your customers requirements and propose customized ERP solutions to address their business challenges

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers to ensure successful deal closures

Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective pipeline management

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new customers

Stay up to on industry trends, competitive activity, and advancements in ERP solutions

Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and customer follow-up records

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field

3 to 5 years of field sales experience, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software sales

Strong understanding of ERP solutions and their impact on business operations

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing customer relationships

Ability to work independently, travel extensively and manage multiple leads efficiently

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reports

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B sales and enterprise software solutions

Understanding of industries such as manufacturing, retail, healthcare, logistics or finance where ERP solutions are widely used

Ability to handle objections and provide customized solutions to clients
