We are a dynamic, fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Pune, focused on helping local businesses thrive online through modern strategies like SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Ads. The Role You will be the face of our company, responsible for generating new business leads through direct, on-field marketing and sales activities within Pune. This is a target-driven role that requires enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a professional attitude. Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Field Visits: Conduct daily visits to local businesses (SMEs, retail, service providers, etc.) in designated areas of Pune to introduce our digital marketing services. Lead Generation: Identify decision-makers, cold-call, and set up introductory meetings for the sales manager. Product Knowledge: Develop a clear understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Web Design) to effectively articulate their value to potential clients. Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a database of potential clients and track lead status. Market Feedback: Gather market intelligence and competitor information during visits to help refine our sales strategy. Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for appointments set and qualified leads generated. What We Are Looking For Education: Any Graduate/Diploma holder. Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi (crucial for local B2B interactions). Sales Drive: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in handling rejections. Presentation: Professional demeanor suitable for direct client interaction. Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for efficient field travel. Salary & Benefits Base Salary: ₹ 12,000 – ₹ 18,000 per month (In-Hand). Performance Incentives: Uncapped commission structure based on generated leads and closed deals. High performers can significantly exceed the base salary. Growth: Opportunity for rapid promotion to Business Development Manager or Team Lead as the company expands. Allowances: Separate allowance for fuel/travel expenses (to be determined during the interview).
