Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Industrial Compressors (CompAir) / Industrial Pumos (KSB & Netzsch) Company: Vasuki Engineering and Marketing Co. Location: Jharkhand (Field-based) Industry: Industrial Equipment Sales (B2B) Product Line: Industrial Compressors and Industrial Pumps Job Summary: Vasuki Engineering and Marketing Co. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales of CompAir Industrial Compressors and KSB & Netzsch Industrial Pumps . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets within Jharkhand’s industrial and manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and approach prospective industrial customers, including factories, plants, and manufacturing units. Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell CompAir industrial compressors and KSB & Netzsch industrial Pumps understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Technical Consultation: Educate customers on the technical advantages and applications of compressors and Pumps. Site Visits & Demonstrations: Conduct field visits and presentations to potential clients. Market Research: Analyse competitor activities, industry trends, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales (preferably in compressors, motors, or Pumps). Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of air compressors, industrial machinery, and compressed air solutions is a plus. Skills: Strong communication, and presentation skills. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across Jharkhand for client visits. Driving License: A valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler license is preferred.
