Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven *sales manager* to lead field sales operations in the Sanganer–Niwai region. This is a boots-on-the-ground role focused on building relationships, driving sales, and expanding our ROHINI cattle feed brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales strategies for the assigned territory
- Visit retailers, distributors, and dairy farms to promote products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collect market feedback and report trends
- Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and support
Requirements:
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM/Agri background preferred)
* 2–5 years of field sales experience (agri/feed/FMCG preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with rural markets and the livestock sector is a plus.
- Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel extensively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
