Field Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new clients, nurturing leads, and converting corporate and retail customers into loyal travelers. This is a field role requiring local market visits and relationship-building with agencies, schools, corporate clients, and other B2B and B2C partners. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to generate leads and close sales Meet travel agents, schools, colleges, and corporates to promote group tour packages Pitch B2B and B2C travel offerings (domestic & international) Develop and maintain strong client relationships Provide accurate travel package information and address client queries Assist with contract negotiation and documentation Collect payments and ensure timely coordination with operations team Attend travel expos, exhibitions, and client meetings when required Report daily/weekly activities to the Sales Manager 🧠 Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in field sales or travel agency sales (1–3 years preferred) Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to understand and promote travel services confidently Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused Familiar with tour itineraries, destinations, visa basics, and pricing models Comfortable working independently in the field Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred) 📈 Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary with attractive incentives Opportunities for growth in an expanding travel brand Travel discounts and bonus trip opportunities 📝 How to Apply: Send your updated resume to tourinnotours@gmail.com with the subject line: “Application for Field Sales Executive – Jaipur”
