The role involves driving retail and field sales of lab-grown diamond jewellery, buildingstrong customer relationships, and achieving monthly targets.Key Responsibilities Promote and sell lab-grown diamond jewellery in the assigned region. Achieve sales targets (monthly/quarterly) with additional incentives for overachievement. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups. Identify new business opportunities and assist in expanding the client base. Conduct on-field visits, client meetings, and retail sales as required. Provide product knowledge to customers and resolve their queries effectively. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth order execution.Requirements Experience: 1 3 years in jewellery sales (retail or field). Education: Graduate (preferred, but mandatory with strong Jewellery sales background). Skills:o Fluent in local language + English.o Strong communication and negotiation abilities.o Customer-oriented with a proven sales track record. Willingness to work on-field and travel to different cities. Must have industry knowledge of diamonds/jewellery sector.Compensation Fixed Salary: 25,000 50,000/month (based on prior experience and performance history;includes basic targets). Variable Pay: Attractive incentive structure for achieving and exceeding sales targets.Industry (Mandatory) Jewellery / Lab-Grown Diamonds / Luxury Goods
