Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales in assigned territories. You will be responsible for identifying new retailers/distributors, increasing product visibility, and ensuring strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities: Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, restaurants, and distributors daily to promote and sell our beverages Identify and onboard new customers (B2B – kirana stores, cafes, juice shops, etc.) Ensure product placement, visibility, and branding at point-of-sale locations Monitor competitor activity and market trends Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and report progress Collect payments and manage basic credit follow-ups Conduct in-store promotions and sampling drives Submit daily field reports, order bookings, and feedback to the Sales Manager Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery Requirements: Proven experience in FMCG or beverage sales (1–3 years preferred) Strong negotiation and communication skills Self-motivated, outgoing, and target-driven Knowledge of local market geography and retail network Two-wheeler and valid driving license required Basic understanding of sales reporting via mobile apps/Excel Education: Any Degree Benefits: Fixed salary + attractive incentives Travel allowance Opportunities for career growth in a fast-expanding company Product training and support
