Position: Business Development Associate

Role Overview:
The Business Development Associate plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue objectives. The role demands a proactive individual who can blend sales acumen with strategic thinking to expand market presence and contribute to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Target coaching classes, bookstores, and educational institutions within the assigned territory to drive business growth.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs effectively.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by offering relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to share client feedback and support product improvement.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and track performance against defined targets.
  • Analyze sales performance and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development for seamless client servicing.
  • Collaborate and share best practices with team members to enhance overall performance.
  • Deliver exceptional post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Industry Preference: Experience in Education, Publishing, or allied industries preferred, though open to candidates from other sectors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
