Job Description

Generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, online sources, and partnerships. Meet prospective clients, understand their energy requirements, and propose suitable solar solutions. Present company offerings and explain financial benefits such as ROI, subsidies, and savings on electricity bills. Coordinate with the design and technical teams for site survey, proposal preparation, and project execution. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and agreements to clients. Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inquiries, and client feedback in CRM. Stay updated on solar industry trends, government schemes (e.g., PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana), and competitor activities.
