Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting logistics services, managing customer relationships, and supporting revenue growth. This role requires daily field visits, strong networking, and the ability to understand clients' shipping and logistics requirements.

Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

• Conduct daily field visits to potential clients, businesses, warehouses, and industries.
• Generate leads and convert them into active customers.
• Promote company’s logistics services including transportation, courier, freight, and warehousing solutions.

Sales & Revenue

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and present quotations as per customer requirements.
• Negotiate rates and close sales deals with clients.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable logistics solutions.
• Resolve customer inquiries, service issues, and coordinate with internal teams.

Market Research

• Identify new business areas and industry trends.
• Monitor competitor activities and market pricing.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth workflow.
• Maintain daily visit reports, sales trackers, and customer feedback logs.
• Update CRM or MIS reports regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle targets and work independently.
• Good understanding of logistics services like transportation, freight, courier, and warehousing.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
