Job Summary: We’re looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to grow revenue, acquire new clients, and strengthen relationships. Ideal for someone with strong sales skills and a strategic mindset. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads via social media, Indiamart, cold calling, emails, etc. Conduct meetings, demos, and close sales to meet targets. Explore new markets and partnership opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Track trends, competitors, and provide market insights. Use CRM to manage leads and generate reports. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing (preferred) 1–3 years of B2B/B2C sales experience Excellent communication, negotiation & time management skills Familiar with CRM and MS Office KPIs: Sales targets achieved New client acquisition Client retention & satisfaction Lead conversion rates Timely reporting Work Environment: Office-based role with flexible hours as per business/client needs Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
