Job Summary: The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving business targets through field visits. The role involves identifying potential clients, demonstrating products or services, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential and existing customers to promote and sell company products/services. Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and field visits. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Present sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor products. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline. Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or outdoor sales (1–3 years preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Good knowledge of local markets and routes. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license (if required). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [specific industry – e.g., FMCG, Pharma, Real Estate, Telecom, etc.]. Fluency in local language(s) and English.
