Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our B2B customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. This role involves direct client engagement, market research, and strategic selling in the field. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and cold calling. Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing clients. Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs. Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and sales strategies. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
