Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities, including visiting potential customers and prospecting for new accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks, and making data-driven decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in B2B Sales or related field sales role.
  • Strong understanding of Sanitary Ware products/services; ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills; high level of energy & motivation required for this fast-paced environment.
