Roles and Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities, including visiting potential customers and prospecting for new accounts. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks, and making data-driven decisions. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in B2B Sales or related field sales role. Strong understanding of Sanitary Ware products/services; ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills; high level of energy & motivation required for this fast-paced environment.
