Our client is a fast-growing investment advisory firm helping clients build wealth through strategic financial planning. Theyre expanding our team and looking for dynamic Sales Executives who are passionate about finance, client success, and high-performance growth.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, youll be the face of Rising Capital Group—engaging with potential clients, understanding their financial goals, and offering tailored investment solutions. This is a consultative sales role with strong growth potential and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct client meetings to understand investment needs
  • Pitch financial products aligned with client goals
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up diligently
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team success
  • Stay updated on market trends and product offerings

Requirements

  • 2–8 years of experience in sales (preferably BFSI sector)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong understanding of financial products (mutual funds, insurance, etc.)
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance preferred)
