IndiaMART B2B Marketplace Field Executive Job Role Position: Field Executive (B2B Marketplace) Primary Objective: To identify, onboard, and support businesses (sellers and buyers) in their designated territory, promoting IndiaMART’s platform and ensuring active engagement. Key Responsibilities: Territory Mapping & Lead Generation: Identify potential businesses and prospects within the assigned geographic area. Conduct market research to understand local business needs. Generate leads through direct visits, networking, and referrals. Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Educate prospective clients about the benefits of IndiaMART. Assist new sellers in creating their profiles, product listings, and setting up their accounts. Demonstrate platform features and functionalities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Provide ongoing support to resolve queries and facilitate platform usage. Promotion & Campaigns: Promote IndiaMART’s services, offers, and campaigns to potential and existing clients. Conduct local promotional activities and participate in business events. Feedback & Reporting: Gather market feedback to help improve the platform and services. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, prospects, and sales activities. Regular reporting to supervisors on progress and challenges. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales and onboarding targets within the territory. Skills & Qualifications: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Basic understanding of digital platforms and social media. Previous experience in sales, field marketing, or B2B sales is preferred. Working Conditions: Field-based role requiring travel within the assigned territory. Target-oriented with performance incentives.
