Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Sales Executive, located in Dehradun. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting Paytm's services and solutions. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, presenting product offerings, addressing client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves both direct interaction with customers and collaboration with team members for achieving sales objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Digital Payment Solutions and UPI systems
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets effectively
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Previous sales experience, particularly in fintech or digital payments, is a plus
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
Comfortable using mobile and web applications
