Field Sales Executive Location: [Faridabad, south delhi] Job Type: Full-Time Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients in the field, demonstrating products/services, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities in assigned territory. Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective customers. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to potential customers. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Stay updated with market trends, competition, and industry developments. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services. Requirements: Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to travel extensively and work independently.
