Job Summary:

We are hiring motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executives to lead the promotion and sales of Electric Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Autos (3-Wheelers). In this role, you will be at the forefront of the EV revolution, helping businesses make the shift from fuel-based to electric transportation. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, close sales, and manage customer relationships for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive EV sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Promote EV solutions through on-ground field activities and visits.
• Provide product demonstrations, address queries, and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate sales records, manage CRM updates, and provide regular sales forecasting.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in automotive or EV industry.
• Experience in selling 3-wheeler electric vehicles is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the EV landscape, market dynamics, and customer segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with regular field travel and on-ground sales engagement.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 per year
