Field Sales Executive

You are an enthusiastic Field Sales Executive who will be joining a dynamic solar sales team at Sunboost Energy, a leading EPC solar company in India. Your role will involve understanding customers" energy needs and offering solar rooftop solutions that match their requirements. As a Field Sales Executive for the B2C rooftop solar division, you will be responsible for conducting door-to-door and targeted field sales in your assigned area. Your key responsibilities will include generating, qualifying, and converting leads for residential rooftop solar projects. You will need to explain solar benefits, ROI, subsidy, and finance options to customers, as well as coordinate site surveys, installation planning, and documentation. Additionally, you will be expected to follow up with customers from inquiry to closure, update lead status and sales pipeline using CRM tools, and ensure monthly targets are met in terms of leads and conversions. Your feedback from the field will be valuable for the marketing and technical teams. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant field sales experience, preferably in solar, real estate, insurance, or consumer products. You should possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, familiarity with the local market and customer behavior, and a basic understanding of solar technology (training will be provided). It is mandatory to have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
