As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of life insurance products through direct field visits, building relationships with clients, and achieving assigned business targets. Key Responsibilities:Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Meet potential customers to sell life insurance plans based on their financial needs. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and claim procedures. Participate in promotional activities, lead generation campaigns, and customer engagement events. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Stay up-to-date with company products, sales strategies, and compliance regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) Prior experience in field sales or insurance sales preferred (1-3 years). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
