Key Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads. Promote and sell company products/services over the phone and through field visits. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our offerings. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Prior experience in telesales or field sales is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude. Ability to handle objections and remain resilient under pressure. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Willingness to travel for on-ground sales when required. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
