Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Meet dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and retailers to promote and sell company’s (TMT Bars/Steel Products) Develop and expand dealer/distributor network in assigned territory Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for volume and revenue Follow up with existing customers and ensure repeat business Collect market intelligence regarding competitor products, pricing, and schemes Conduct field visits, product presentations, and negotiate deals with clients Ensure timely collection of payments from customers/dealers Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the Sales Manager Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream); MBA in Marketing preferred 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Building Materials / Steel / Cement / Construction Industry (Freshers with strong motivation can also apply) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Must be target-oriented and self-driven Own two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting Benefits: Fixed salary + Lucrative incentives on achieving sales targets Travel allowance (TA/DA) Growth opportunities in the Iron & Steel industry Training and support from experienced sales professionals
