Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, explaining financial products, and achieving sales targets through field visits. Key Responsibilities:Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Explain company financial products such as personal loans, business loans, insurance, etc. Visit clients to understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge. Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream). Proven experience in field sales or financial product sales will be an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented. Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license. Basic knowledge of financial products (loans, insurance, etc.) preferred. Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience) + attractive incentives. Incentives: Performance-based monthly bonuses. Other Benefits: Travel allowance + mobile reimbursement (if applicable).
