Job Purpose: To generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets by visiting prospective customers in the assigned territory, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential and existing customers on the field to present company offerings and convert prospects into sales. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the manager. Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and market intelligence. Maintain detailed records of visits, customer interactions, and sales in CRM or other tools. Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and product demonstrations as needed. Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution. Collect payments and follow up on pending dues if applicable. Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the team. Ensure compliance with sales processes, company policies, and reporting standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of field sales experience (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Persuasive, energetic, and confident personality. Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling. Self-motivated and target-driven with a go-getter attitude. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region. Familiarity with mobile apps, CRM tools, and digital reporting. Preferred: Experience in [industry-specific] sales (e.g., FMCG, telecom, insurance, real estate).
