Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our customer base. The role requires meeting clients directly, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets. Ideal for candidates who enjoy fieldwork and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers in the assigned area to generate leads and drive sales.
• Present and explain company services to clients.
• Maintain strong follow-up with clients to close deals.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of leads, customer data, and sales reports.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Represent the company professionally during field visits and meetings.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Preferable to have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Mobile Apps for reporting.
• Positive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and willingness to travel.
