Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive Location: [Kolkata, Laketown,near Jaya cinema hall] Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head Job Type: Full-Time Salary: (8000-13500+incentives) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and promoting products/services directly to clients through field visits, meetings, and presentations. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential customers in assigned territory to promote products/services. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Provide feedback on customer trends and market activity. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery. Requirements: Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. -Preferred Skills: Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., pharmaceuticals, telecom, FMCG]. Local market knowledge. Ability to handle customer objections and close deals effectively.
