Job Description

Plastochem Adhesives is a leading manufacturer high-performance Tile Adhesives, Waterproofing Chemicals and Solvent Cements used in plumbing, construction, and industrial applications. With a strong commitment to quality and innovation, we serve customers across India and international markets. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and promote Plastochem’s product range including Tile Adhesives, Waterproofing Chemicals and Solvent Cements. This role requires regular field travel and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Visit retailers, distributors, plumbing contractors, and hardware stores to promote and sell our product range. Demonstrate product usage and provide technical guidance where required. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distribution partners. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Submit daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, and orders. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Participate in local trade fairs, product demos, and promotional activities. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum Graduate in any field (Any Stream, Commerce preferred). 1–3 years of field sales experience (Adhesives/Building Materials preferred only). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Familiarity with local market and routes.
