Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and field sales activities. Conduct property site visits with prospective buyers and explain features, benefits, and pricing. Present, promote, and sell real estate properties to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide market insights and assist clients in making informed property decisions. Maintain a database of client interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and sales campaigns. Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and property values. Requirements:Proven work experience as a Field Sales Executive, Real Estate Agent, or in a similar sales role. Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Knowledge of local real estate laws, policies, and market dynamics is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively. Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred).
