Sales Quotas: Set and achieve sales targets and quotas, often on a monthly or quarterly basis. Track and report on progress regularly. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms, to close deals effectively. Product Knowledge: Continuously update knowledge about the company's products or services, as well as the industry, to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Customer Support: Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Qualifications: Education: Any bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred Sales Experience: Fresher/1 year Experienced in sales. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication. Hindi Speaking will be added advantage. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals. Customer-Focused: A customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs. Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
