Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct, in-person engagement with customers.

Key Responsibilities

01.Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.

02.Visit potential and existing customers to promote Effy FRP Solutions’ products and services.

03.Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

04.Maintain regular follow-up to convert prospects into confirmed business.

05.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

06.Prepare and submit accurate sales reports to management.

07.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

08.Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events when required.

Qualifications & Skills

01.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field sales. (experience in FRP/GRP/GRC is a must)

02.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

03.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

04.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

05.Proficiency in MS Office.

06.Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

07.Fluency in English and local languages.
