Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth through telephone-based outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

01.Contact potential and existing customers to introduce Effy FRP Solution’s products and services.

02.Understand customer needs and provide relevant product information and recommendations.

03.Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information.

04.Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.

05.Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

06.Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.

07.Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

01.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (experience in industrial or B2B sales is an advantage).

02.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

03.Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

04.Proficient in MS Office

05.Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

06.Fluency in English and local languages.
