Agromill Machinery

The role involves taking care of leads generated from various online and offline promotional activities. You will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, redirecting them, or taking messages. Additionally, you will assist the account department with knowledge of Tally 9 ERP. You will also reply to all leads and shortlist hot leads received from marketing efforts. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Rice Mill and Agricultural Sprayer fields. Key skills required for this role include a sound knowledge of English for replying to emails, fluency in Hindi and Bengali, and familiarity with accounting packages, which will be an added advantage. Proficiency in tele-calling, Microsoft Office, and Tally Prime (optional) is necessary. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as leave encashment and a performance bonus. The working schedule is in the day shift. As part of the application process, candidates will be asked if they have worked in the Rice Mill Machine and Agricultural Sprayer field in the past.
