The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth through telephone-based outreach. Key Responsibilities: 01.Contact potential and existing customers to introduce Effy FRP Solution’s products and services. 02.Understand customer needs and provide relevant product information and recommendations. 03.Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information. 04.Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries. 05.Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. 06.Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies. 07.Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications & Skills: 01.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (experience in industrial or B2B sales is an advantage). 02.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 03.Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. 04.Proficient in MS Office 05.Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. 06.Fluency in English and local languages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct, in-person engagement with customers. Key Responsibilities 01.Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories. 02.Visit potential and existing customers to promote Effy FRP Solutions’ products and services. 03.Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions. 04.Maintain regular follow-up to convert prospects into confirmed business. 05.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 06.Prepare and submit accurate sales reports to management. 07.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. 08.Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events when required.
