Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Promote and onboard jewellery shops and business owners to the SAASGOLD platform.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to clients.
Demonstrate and assist merchants in activating their accounts and using the application.
Generate leads and follow up regularly to convert potential clients.
Maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners.
Report daily activities and customer feedback to the regional manager.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve outreach and user experience.

Requirements

Strong communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and basic English.
Good understanding of sales process and customer engagement.
Quick learner ability to understand product features and explain them confidently.
Experience in Jewellery, Fintech, QR implementation, or B2B Banking Sales is a big plus.
Willingness to travel across cities in Tamil Nadu as per business needs.

Minimum qualification

Candidates with a two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
