Field Sales Executive

Location Durg C.G., Raipur C.G., Nagpur Maharashtra Sales Generation & Target Achievement: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities: This includes prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.  Meeting sales targets and quotas: Field sales executives are responsible for achieving individual and team sales goals.  Closing deals and negotiating contracts: This involves presenting products or services, addressing customer needs, and finalizing sales agreements.  Representing the company and its products: They are the face of the company in the field, promoting its brand and products.  2. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships: This includes understanding customer needs, providing excellent service, and addressing concerns.  Managing customer accounts: This involves maintaining accurate customer records, tracking sales activity, and following up on leads.  Handling customer inquiries and complaints: Providing timely and satisfactory solutions to customer issues.  3. Sales Planning & Reporting: Developing and implementing sales strategies: This includes creating sales plans, analyzing market trends, and adapting to changing customer needs. Preparing sales reports and presentations: They track sales performance, analyze data, and provide feedback to management.  Collaborating with other departments: They work with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive sales approach.  4. Product & Market Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on products and services: They need to have a deep understanding of the company's offerings and how they benefit customers.  Monitoring competitors and market trends: They need to be aware of the competitive landscape and adjust their sales strategies accordingly.  5. Travel & Territory Management: Traveling to customer locations: Field sales executives frequently travel within their assigned territory to meet with clients.
