Job Title Field Sales Executive (B2B) Company Swift International Industry Crockery Manufacturing Experience 1-3 years Job Summary We're seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote our crockery products to businesses, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development: Identify and acquire new business opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. 2. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. 3. Product Promotion: Promote our crockery products, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points. 4. Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, negotiating prices and terms with clients. 5. Market Feedback: Gather market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies. 6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, submitting regular reports and forecasts. Requirements 1. Sales Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the crockery or FMCG industry. 2. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with crockery products and industry trends. 3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. What We Offer 1.
