Website: www.hirjilogipack.com   Require a sales candidate for industrial stapling products and packaging products.   Focus will be on selling specialized packing products, specialized heavy-duty staplers, pneumatic stapling tools, carton-closing tools, and similar fastening solutions to industrial clients (packaging, furniture, automotive, etc.).   Position: Field Sales Executive   Company: Hirji Logipack Pvt. (www.hirjilogipack.com)   Address: 703, 704/1 GIDC, Savli Industrial Estate, Manjusar, District Vadodara 391775   Sales Territory: Gujarat state; candidate should be willing to travel across Gujarat.   Job Responsibilities will include: 1.     Generate new leads and convert prospects for industrial packing products, staplers, pneumatic tools, consumables (staples, pins, etc.)   2.     Visit customer sites to understand applications and recommend suitable products and solutions.   3.     Conduct product demo for potential clients.   4.     Develop and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers, production heads, and key decision makers.   5.     Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to close deals.   6.     Coordinate with the technical and service team for installations, troubleshooting, or after-sales support.   7.     Track competitor offerings, pricing, and industry trends.   8.     Maintain sales reports, and target performance regularly.   Requirements: -       Diploma, ITI or Bachelor’s degree -       2–5 years of experience in B2B industrial product sales (tools, packing products, pneumatics, etc.). -       Hands-on understanding of fastening tools or similar equipment. -       Strong communication skills. -       Willingness to travel frequently within the region -       Preferable: Candidates having existing client network in packaging, furniture, or automotive industries.   Compensation: -       Competitive base salary + incentive structure -       Travel reimbursement as per company’s policy -       Training and technical certification programs, as required -       Provident Fund, ESIC as per government regulations
