Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities

    within the food industry to expand the customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships

    with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Conduct market research

    to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.

  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations

    and product demonstrations to clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

    to achieve or exceed sales targets.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team

    to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.

  • Monitor sales performance

    and provide regular reports to management.

  • Ensure timely delivery of products

    by coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams.

  • Address customer queries and resolve issues

    promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.

  • Stay updated on food industry trends, regulations, and new products

    to provide informed advice to clients.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate

  • At least 2 years of experience

  • Familiar with Prayagraj market
