Field Sales Executive

As a Loan Officer at Corporate Fincon Pvt. Ltd (CFPL), you will be responsible for the complete loan origination and processing cycle. Your primary duties will include interviewing loan applicants to understand their financial requirements, collecting and reviewing financial documents to assess creditworthiness, and assisting clients in completing loan applications. Furthermore, you will be tasked with evaluating the financial status, credit history, and risk level of applicants, collaborating with underwriting teams for efficient loan processing, and either approving or recommending loan applications based on your assessment. In addition to loan evaluation and approval, your role will encompass providing excellent customer service by guiding clients on various loan options and financial planning strategies. You will also be expected to maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly, as well as ensuring a seamless lending experience by following up on loan statuses. Moreover, as a Loan Officer, you will need to ensure regulatory compliance by verifying that all loans adhere to federal and state regulations. This will involve meticulously maintaining records of loan applications, approvals, and denials, while staying abreast of industry regulations and best practices. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in sales and business development by identifying potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will also include promoting loan products, generating leads, and collaborating closely with real estate agents, financial advisors, and other strategic partners to drive business growth.
