Field Sales Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for loan origination and processing, loan evaluation and approval, customer service and relationship management, regulatory compliance and documentation, as well as sales and business development. Key Responsibilities: - Interview loan applicants to understand their financial needs. - Collect and review financial documents to determine creditworthiness. - Assist clients in completing loan applications. - Analyze applicants financial status, credit, and risk level. - Work with underwriting teams to process loans efficiently. - Approve or recommend loan applications based on assessment. - Provide guidance to clients on loan options and financial planning. - Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, addressing concerns and inquiries. - Follow up on loan status and ensure a smooth lending experience. - Ensure all loans comply with federal and state regulations. - Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and denials. - Keep updated on industry regulations and lending best practices. - Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing. - Promote loan products and generate leads. - Work closely with real estate agents, financial advisors, and other partners. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field. - Proven experience in loan origination, processing, and evaluation. - Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
