Role Overview

As a Field Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • On-ground Promotion:

    Attend and represent Betanet at local events, industry seminars, networking meetups, and tech forums.
  • Lead Generation:

    Identify and engage potential clientsespecially local SMEs and mid-market enterprisesfor services such as website/app development, cloud, hosting, and UI/UX solutions.
  • Event Coordination:

    Plan and execute targeted field campaigns, webinars, workshops, and outreach events to showcase our integrated IT offerings.
  • Collateral & Messaging Development:

    Provide input for marketing collateralssuch as brochures, presentations, and bannerstailored for field interactions.
  • Partnership Outreach:

    Collaborate with local agencies, resellers, and referral networks to bolster lead pipelines.
  • Market Insights:

    Gather intelligence on market needs, competitor activities, and regional demandfeeding data back to sharpen outreach.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with sales, digital marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and follow-through.
  • Performance Tracking:

    Monitor campaign ROI, lead conversion, and engagement success metrics to refine strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 25 years in field marketing, territory sales, or similar rolesespecially within IT, digital solutions, or SaaS domains.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; confident representing Betanet in person.
  • Familiarity with Betanet's services (e.g., development, cloud, hosting, email marketing, UI/UX design) is a strong advantage
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple field campaigns.
  • Based in or willing to travel across Gujarat and nearby regions.
